This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who is dedicated to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency while working primarily in the production area.Key ResponsibilitiesSpot outbound trucks into material load docks, ensuring dock-locks are properly utilizedReclaim off-quality Unbonded Loosefill and refeed material to the forehearthPlace bags on bagger equipment snouts to ensure proper packaging of finished goodsPerform general cleanup duties in designated areas (e.g., sweeping floors, blowing down lines/robots, cleaning break rooms)Assist with Preventative Maintenance processesPerform special tasks as determined by plant staffParticipate in safety and housekeeping programs established by the plantQualifications & Skills1–3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred)Ability to read, write, and speak EnglishStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a teamStrong internal and external customer service skillsIntermediate mathematical skillsAbility to understand verbal and written instructionsAdditional InformationTemp to hireNight shift schedule (12-hour shifts)Opportunities for overtimeSafety-first environmentReady to join a team where your skills matter?
