Packaging Line WorkerWe are seeking dependable individuals for a temporary project focused on reviewing returned packaging materials. This position offers a clean, climate-controlled work environment and provides an opportunity to demonstrate your work ethic and reliability. Employees who perform well and maintain a positive attitude may be considered for permanent production opportunities within the facility. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, can maintain focus throughout the day, and take pride in consistency and quality. This position is Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, offering 40 hours per week with unlimited voluntary overtime available.ResponsibilitiesReview pallets of returned packaging materials and carton stock.Unfold and inspect boxes for quality concerns or defects.Perform visual quality checks according to project guidelines.Complete simple paperwork documenting products reviewed and time spent on each task.Move efficiently between inspection assignments while maintaining quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all food-grade manufacturing and safety requirements.Essential SkillsPositive attitude.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Basic written documentation skills.Ability to perform repetitive work throughout an entire shift.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Additional Skills & QualificationsSafety mindset.Manufacturing, warehouse, production, quality inspection, or packaging experience is helpful but not required.Why Work Here?Opportunity to be considered for permanent union production positions based on performance, attendance, and attitude.
