Responsibilities
* Lead and support Packaging Associates during daily operations.
* Assign work and monitor productivity to meet production goals.
* Train employees on packaging procedures, safety practices, and GMP requirements.
* Verify labels, materials, lot numbers, and product specifications.
* Perform line clearances, startup checks, and quality inspections.
* Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
* Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues.
* Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
* Support employee development and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production teams.

Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Line Lead, or Supervisor in manufacturing or packaging.
* Packaging, production, assembly, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or GMP experience preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
* Experience with production documentation and quality procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
