As a Graphic Designer, you'll create, execute, and manage product packaging, marketing, and digital assets for a growing portfolio of products sold in retail stores and online nationwide.Responsibilities:Packaging Design: Create and conceive new brands and packaging conceptsDesign packaging materials, including hangtags, inserts, point-of-display boxes, and sewn-in labelsEstablish and manage packaging guidelines and documentationDigital Assets:Create product shots, lifestyle photos, and other digital assets for retail partner websites and company websiteProject Management:Work with overseas factories to ensure timely delivery of packaging materialsManage and approve packaging qualityCollaborate with senior management and sales department on presentations and projectsRequirements:BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in graphic design, with packaging development experience in consumer products/retail a plusSkills:Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointWorking knowledge of CSS and WordPress a plusMac and PC proficiencyPersonal Qualities:Positive attitude and strong work ethicDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to demonstrate high-level creativity, excitement, and integrityStrong communication and multitasking skillsThis is a full-time position, onsite in the Glendale CA area.
