Job Title: Packaging Engineer

Job Responsibilities
Support filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing systems.
Optimize packaging line performance, productivity, and capacity.
Develop and review equipment specifications, URS documents, and AutoCAD layouts.
Coordinate equipment installation, integration, commissioning, and validation.
Work closely with OEMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable GMP requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Packaging, or Industrial Engineering.
7–10 years of packaging engineering experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods.
Strong knowledge of packaging machinery and line integration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and packaging line layouts.
Experience with OEM/vendor coordination and equipment commissioning.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Must be willing to work onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Pay Scale
pay range: $90/k to $120/k)
