Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Packaging Engineer to support packaging equipment, line improvements, new equipment installations, and capacity expansion projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging systems.
Work with filling, capping, labeling, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing equipment.
Develop/review URS, equipment specifications, and technical bid evaluations.
Create and update packaging line layouts using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for equipment selection, installation, and startup.
Support line balancing, changeovers, commissioning, validation, and qualification.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and manufacturing standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Packaging, or Industrial Engineering.
7–10 years of Packaging Engineering experience.
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Packaging Manufacturing.
Strong packaging machinery selection and integration experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and packaging line layouts.
Experience with OEM/vendor coordination and equipment commissioning.
Brownfield project experience is a plus.
Must be willing to work onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
