Packaging AssociateWe are seeking reliable and motivated Packaging Line Associates to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for packaging finished products, monitoring automated equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment.Pay: $18.50/hourShifts: Day Shifts & Night Shifts availablePrevious manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided for candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work safely as part of a team.Responsibilities:Package and palletize finished paper rollsApply protective plastic wrapping to finished productsMonitor products moving through automated packaging equipmentInspect products for quality and accuracyWork with team members to meet production goalsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualifications:Manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detailReliable attendance and punctualityTeam-oriented with good communication skillsAbility to follow work instructions and safety proceduresPhysical Requirements:Stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent bending, reaching, and squattingLift up to 30 pounds as neededAbility to remain active throughout the shiftJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
