Trinidad Benham Corp has been in business for over 100 years, and we know a thing or two about providing stable employment and growth.Department: Packaging OperationsEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Sterling, COAddress: 1500 Right Of Way Road, Sterling, Colorado, 80751Workplace type: OnsiteCompensation: $17.00 - $19.50 / hourTasks Description – Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Read and understand daily production schedules and material requirements. • Transport needed packaging materials to the production area. • Set-up and operation of packaging equipment with correct materials and products based on order specifications. • Meet daily production requirements. • Perform periodic quality control checks to ensure the product is packaged according to customer requirements (including checking end and back seals and date codes).

• When changing product varieties, follow pre-set guidelines and change out filtering screens based on product variety/size. Set, adjust, and periodically check the product flow through a foreign materials machine. Check the magnet for any foreign materials and document and report as required. • Accurately complete and maintain required documentation on product, materials/supplies, output, and machine downtime. • Troubleshoot minor packaging problems and make appropriate adjustments to equipment. • Communicate with management and maintenance personnel on a timely basis to facilitate maintenance and repairs.

• Comply with company safety policies and maintain a clean and orderly work area. • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures, including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms.
