Ampcus, Inc. is seeking a Pace Specialist in Los Angeles, CA (Remote). You will become the subject-matter expert for the PACE platform used to document work, track parts consumption, and record time and activities.
Initially you will train peers across approximately 100 sessions (2 days each) and support a hypercare phase for 30 to 90 days after full software launch, with opportunities to move into a Customer Service Engineer role in your region.
