Job Summary

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Beaumont, TX . This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building long-term relationships with patients while delivering high-quality care across all stages of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan
  • Perform wellness exams, annual physicals, and routine health screenings
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

  • Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant
  • National certification (NCCPA)
  • Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
