PA Organizing Director — Field Campaign Leader

For Our Future seeks an Organizing Director to lead field operations in Pennsylvania. This full-time, exempt role reports to the State Director and drives organized community engagement to advance the organization's economic justice agenda.

The position requires frequent travel (75%) across Pennsylvania, with a mission to mobilize voters, organize coalitions, and coordinate campaign activities that support pro-worker policies and pro-union priorities.
