To support a growing Telehealth/Virtualist On-Demand Urgent Care team, the part-time PA Licensed Telehealth Practitioner will conduct virtual patient evaluations, manage acute care complaints, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, all while working remotely from home. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual patient evaluations and manage acute urgent care complaints Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to diagnose conditions and formulate evidence-based care plans Document all telehealth encounters in the EMR, ensuring compliance with telehealth standards Required qualifications Master's or Doctoral Degree (NP or PA) Family Medicine-boarded NP or PA ER or Urgent Care clinical experience Active licensure in PA, NJ, and DE Active PA DEA
