PA Licensed Liability Claims Examiner

Analyzing complex general liability and premises liability litigation claims, the full-time PA Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will adjudicate claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyzing and processing claims to ensure timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering Negotiating settlements within designated authority limits Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including 3 years of litigation experience Home State License required Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements related to claims
