Responsibilities
- Advanced cardiac program offers minimally invasive procedures, TAVR, CABG, robotic surgery, lung procedures and more.
- FourPA team supports three talented surgeons.
- Responsibilities include first assist,post-op carewithICU management, and clinic.
- Monday – Friday schedule with1:4call.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.
- Twoyears ofCTsurgeryPA experience preferred.
- Position-specificknowledge andskillsrequired:
- Proficient with saphenous vein harvest (open and endoscopic)and tube thoracostomy
- Management of ventilators and critically ill patients
- In-depth knowledgeofand experienceintitrating inotropic and pressor medications
- Efficientwith placement ofcentral lines,arterial lines(femoral, radial), Swan-Ganz catheters, andchest tubes
- Unrestricted NC Physician Assistant license, NC DEA, and ACLS certification through AHArequired.
