This role is responsible for assisting with mail operations and managing all incoming and outgoing documents for the division. Additionally, this position assists with a variety of administrative tasks as directed by the manager, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the division.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail for the Elections Division, ensuring timely processing and secure handling of confidential information and official documents.Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively on assigned projects to provide quality seamless customer service.Assist customers with authenticating documents and providing the Great Seal Certification.Maintains professional technical knowledge of election laws, Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, State Election Board rules, U.S.
