Managing first-party property claims for various home types, the full-time P&C Licensed Property Claims Adjuster will assess damages, make coverage decisions, and guide policyholders through the claims process while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage an inventory of property claims, evaluating coverage and damages Conduct investigations and establish action plans based on policy and state regulations Communicate with policyholders, public adjusters, and third parties throughout the claims process Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of residential property claims adjusting experience P&C Adjuster license required Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry on multiple screens Ability to handle both CAT and daily claims
