Serving as the primary relationship manager for a diverse portfolio of Commercial Lines and Agriculture insurance clients, the full-time Client Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and ensure tailored insurance solutions that protect clients' businesses remotely. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of complex, high-revenue accounts across Property & Casualty, focusing on renewals, coverage negotiations, and claims advocacy Develop and implement comprehensive account service strategies tailored to each client's industry and risk profile Lead internal servicing teams and mentor junior account management staff to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction Required qualifications Minimum 7-10 years of insurance account management experience, particularly in Property & Casualty and Life & Health Strong knowledge of insurance markets, risk management strategies, and advanced policy structures Experience with Agriculture, Farm & Ranch, or Agribusiness insurance programs preferred Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses required; advanced certifications (e.g., CIC, CRM, CPCU) strongly preferred Proficient in AMS360 and other relevant tools and platforms
