Managing a portfolio of small business clients, the full-time P&C Licensed Account Manager will coordinate the renewal process, negotiate policy conditions, and provide account management services remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of the renewal process and manage account services for assigned clients Prepare account specifications, negotiate pricing, and finalize policy conditions while ensuring timely documentation Expand existing accounts by collaborating with the sales team to offer additional lines of coverage Required qualifications High School graduate or GED Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management or a related position Active P&C insurance license is required Proficiency in Microsoft Word Strong decision-making and organizational skills
