Owner's Representative Project Director

Stantec seeks an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead design and construction across multiple projects ranging from conceptual planning to occupancy. Projects span various sectors with costs from several million to 300+ million, requiring autonomous leadership with executive oversight.

The role manages up to 25-50 team members, drives budgets, schedules, and client communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
