We are currently in need of a construction manager to act as an Owners rep to follow the work starting with General Contractors:
Main Responsibilities for the Role:
Support company in validating and executing construction schedule
Building Value in the Range of $450MM with 1MM Sq Ft constructed
Multi Level steel framing - building height of 120ft
ISO 7 Cleanroom with full HVAC
Significant electrical distribution - over 30MW added production capacity
Chemical distribution and pollution control for Chlorides used to manufacture optical fiber
Demolition starts in December - Construction completed Q3 2028
Need is immediate
Assist company in ensuring that we are able to keep up with GC to not cause delays - when needing to vacate areas for demolition or coordinate construction work adjacent to operating equipment
