Owner's Representative & Project Manager — Construction Oversight

University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking an Owner’s Representative/Project Manager in Kearney, NE to oversee design and construction for university facilities. The PM will coordinate with clients and users, control scope, schedule, budget, and warranty deliverables through all project phases.

Successful candidates will manage multiple upgrades, coordinate planning, design and construction activities, and apply risk management and problem-solving skills within a collaborative team environment.
