Directly managing subcontractors, in-house crews, design teams, and utilizing procore for management of multiple projects simultaneously. Salary 125-170k plus bonus depending on experience.
Owner Operator - Commercial Office
Director of Construction - Management of Design and Construction Management / General Contractors on projects $1-8 million throughout a portfolio of class A and B buildings throughout NYC. Must have true owners' side experience running d&c teams from early phase through to close out. Salary: 175-200k plus bonus
Owners Rep - Education & Commercial
PM / SPM for Owners Rep Company focused on projects in the private and nonprofit sectors. Must have strong management / organizational skills and true OR experience with an OR / PM firm. Salary: 165-175k plus bonus
