Job Description
Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Lead tenant fit-out and commercial interior projects across multiple sectors. Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and internal stakeholders. Track budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure project success. Conduct site visits while maintaining strong communication with office teams. Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and Ingenious Build to manage workflows. Support project strategy, problem-solving, and client relationship management.
The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of experience in construction project management
- Background working with both general contractors and owner's representatives
- Proven experience in commercial and tenant fit-out projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting (office + site visits)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with project software a plus
