Base pay starts at $27.13/hr.Job description:Creating a luxury environment and exceeding expectations in all hospitality servicesApproach all encounters with residents, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented mannerRespect the privacy, time and resources of each residentCommunicate resident concerns to property management and Related's Corporate OfficeMonitor security systems and cameras, conduct inspections of the property and report any incidents or damagesMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages and deliveriesMaintain accurate and complete shift notes and "pass-on" logs to ensure successful communication through shift changesQualifications:1-2 years' experience in the hotel, hospitality, and service industriesStrong oral and written communication skillsProficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook and YardiMust be able to work 8 hour shifts on their feetMust be able to lift up to 50lbsMay be required to work nights, weekends and overtimeNOTE - Tax withholding is calculated using Federal and New York State 2022 income tax guidelines.
