Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks an Overnight Substance Abuse Support professional to provide safety, structure, and compassionate care for adults in recovery. In this on-site, awake overnight role, you will monitor client wellbeing, conduct safety checks, support treatment goals, and document observations using trauma-informed, client-centered approaches. You’ll collaborate with day staff, assist in crises and de-escalation, follow care plans, and help maintain a stable, respectful residential environment while advancing LSS’s mission of hope and healing.
