Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks an Overnight Substance Abuse Support professional to provide safety, structure, and encouragement to adults in a residential recovery setting. Working awake overnight, you will monitor client well-being, perform regular safety checks, respond to crises, and document observations using trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices. You’ll collaborate with daytime clinical staff, uphold house guidelines, and maintain a calm, respectful environment that reflects LSS’s faith-inspired, inclusive, and client-focused mission while supporting individuals on their path to stability and sobriety.
