Tomorrow’s Hope seeks an Overnight Shift Direct Support team member to ensure a safe, caring environment for children and families connected to our Catholic school community. During overnight hours, you will monitor wellbeing, provide basic support and reassurance, respond calmly to emergencies, and document observations. You’ll collaborate with staff, schools, and families to uphold program standards and our faith-centered mission, maintaining confidentiality, clear communication, and reliable coverage to support children’s ongoing success in education.
