Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks an Overnight Residential Support professional to provide safety, structure, and encouragement to residents in a group living environment. During overnight hours, you’ll conduct regular checks, assist with evening and morning routines, monitor behaviors, and respond calmly to crises using trauma-informed approaches. You’ll follow individualized care plans, document observations, maintain a clean and respectful environment, and collaborate with daytime staff.
