Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking an Overnight Residential Support professional to provide safety, stability, and encouragement to residents in our community-based program. In this on-site role, you’ll monitor resident well-being, respond to crises, and use trauma-informed, person-centered approaches to support daily living and emotional needs. You’ll complete documentation, follow care plans and house routines, and collaborate with a mission-driven team in a faith-inspired, inclusive, and learning-focused environment where your work directly impacts lives.
