Overnight Production Supervisor (24/7 Manufacturing Operations)

*Lead People. Drive Results. Make an Impact.*Cooley Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead an overnight 24/7 production team. Typical schedule is approximately 12 hours with responsibility for employee safety, production performance, quality, and shift to shift communication.*What You'll Do*Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement efforts.Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and product consistency.Support employee training, development, and performance management.Ensure accurate production reporting and compliance with company and ISO standards.*What We're Looking For*5+ years of manufacturing experience.Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.ISO-certified manufacturing experience preferred.Plastics processing or extrusion experience is a plus.*Why Cooley Group?*At Cooley Group, we're proud of our reputation for innovation, advanced manufacturing technology, and commitment to our people.
