Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs and physician instructions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with healthcare providers.
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license in the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, BLS card, and recent PPD or chest X-ray.
