Pediatric Home Service in Minneapolis–St. Paul is seeking an experienced pediatric RN to join our Hospital to Home team.
This full-time role requires overnight and weekend shifts, with travel across Minnesota as needed, delivering expert care to medically complex children as they transition from hospital to home. As a float nurse, you’ll educate families, collaborate with clinicians, and provide compassionate, one-on-one care in home settings.
