Overnight Patient Access Lead — Emergency Center

CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking an Overnight Lead Patient Access Assistant for our Hospital Emergency Trauma Center. You will be the first point of contact, welcome patients, check them in, and model excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes training and coaching Patient Access staff, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring Epic Prelude/ADT workflows are followed. A high school diploma and Epic certification or credentialing within one year are required;
