Front Desk SupervisorSupervise overnight Front Desk to maintain established operational standards and maximize guest service and profit for the hotel. Assist in working with and training new overnight employees. Make sure the overnight is staffed properly at each hotel.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHelp make find and maintain staffing levels at all propertiesTrain, cross-train, and re-train (when necessary) overnight desk/auditors.Help Motivate and Empower all overnight staffCover shifts when neededMake schedules for the security teamMake any corrections and adjustments that need to be done prior to the desk dayMaintain that all files and resets on the systems are updated for the next day's operations—and the dates are changedMake sure audit reports are getting run and distributed to the correct people,Assist Security with any guest issues or disturbances that may ariseEnsure all security functions are being done doors locked, express check outs, hallway checks, noise complaintsAny other duties the Front Office Manager or Finance assignsDESIRED COMPETENCIES, WORK SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.
