Overnight Operations ManagerThe Overnight Operations Manager with the Restaurant Store is responsible for managing the physical merchandising of all items for a retail branch location. Under direction of the Branch Manager, the Overnight Operations Manager is responsible for accomplishing a variety of operational goals through effective time management strategies that align with the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, merchandising, and inventory teams.Job Location: 121 Kane St., Baltimore, MD 21224We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.ResponsibilitiesOptimize sales based on effective product replenishment throughout the branch locationEnsure a high level of organization and neatness while completing inventory replenishment tasksMaintain promotional displays throughout store that highlight promotional items in an effective mannerSupport order fulfillment methods of location by managing order pulling as needed throughout shiftCommunicate effectively with other department managers to ensure needs of customers are met in a timely and ongoing basisCommunicate with Branch / Assistant Branch Manager to support the safety and maintenance of the building and equipmentManage employee relation issues as neededSupport the development and training needs of the overnight team related to operational goals and position requirementsPerform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goalsManage building safety by holding keys to the building and using alarm codes as outlined in company policyMaintain the overall cleanliness of the storePhysical RequirementsWork is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Occasional activities may involve exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.

The passage of employees through the work area is average and normal.QualificationsExperienceMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management with a specific focus on merchandising managementAssociate's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceEducationThis role does not require a degree.
