YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking an Assistant Equestrian Director for North Woods Overnight Camp to oversee the horseback riding program, care for 12 horses, and ensure a safe, rewarding riding experience for campers.
You will supervise staff, teach basic western riding and horsemanship, coordinate schedules and gear, keep trails and arenas clean and safe, and collaborate with camp leadership to maintain high program standards.
