Children's Health is seeking a clinical pharmacist for the Emergency Department on a full-time overnight shift. You will provide comprehensive medication management in a fast-paced ED and participate in code resuscitation and high-risk situations.
You’ll review ED and discharge orders, educate care teams and families, and contribute to quality improvement and research activities while precepting pharmacy residents and students. Texas licensure is required within 90 days.
