Crisis Program SupervisorThe Crisis Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the ESTRTP, including supervision of counselors, staffing and scheduling, and upholding high standards of work with children and families. We are committed to building a diverse staff, and our programs actively engage in conversations and training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to promote equity and justice for the youth and families we serve.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group supervision, coaching, training, and support to direct care staffLead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development effortsFoster a positive team culture grounded in anti-racism, anti-oppression, and equitable outcomes for youth, families, and staffDevelop and manage staff schedules to ensure safe and effective 24/7 program operationsMaintain awareness of all youth in care and ensure appropriate safety planning and crisis responseRespond to crises and provide consultation, guidance, and support to staff as neededReview, approve, and provide feedback on documentation to ensure compliance, quality standards, and accurate billingMonitor program performance, contract requirements, and required data tracking and reportingPartner with the management team on staff training, retention, and continuous program improvement initiativesParticipate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support program operationsQualificationsEducation/Experience Requirements: Master's degree in social work or a related subject area ORBachelor's degree and 3 years of experience providing direct services to clientsStrong writing, organizational, presentation and computer skillsAbility to work as part of and facilitate the development of a multi-disciplinary teamSupervisory experience preferredAt least 21 years of ageTB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirementsOwn vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving recordScheduleMonday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 6pm - 2amTuesday: 5pm- 1amParticipation in an on call rotation, about 2 times a monthBenefitsStarting at $100,394 - $114,394 per year Actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualificationsSalary increases each yearAdditional compensation provided upon passing a bilingual language proficiency examComprehensive employee benefits package: Medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, acupuncture, and fertility coverageShort and long-term disability, family leave, and life insurancePartially paid premiums for dependents403b retirement planEmployer-Paid Assistance Plan5 weeks of flexible paid time off and holiday pay for required holiday shiftsSeneca is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness certified employerRelocation assistance may be availableSpecialized training and development opportunities through Seneca's Training departmentAbundant promotional opportunities across California and WashingtonEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
