What You'll Do

As an overnight caregiver, you will help ensure that your client remains safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.

Responsibilities may include:

n
• Providing overnight supervision and companionship
n
• Assisting with bedtime and nighttime routines
n
• Helping with toileting and incontinence care
n
• Assisting with repositioning, transfers, and mobility
n
• Providing medication reminders
n
• Responding when a client wakes or needs assistance
n
• Helping reduce fall risks and maintaining a safe environment
n
• Preparing light meals or snacks when needed
n
• Completing light housekeeping related to the client's care
n
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
n
• Documenting care provided during the shift
n
• Communicating concerns or changes to the office team
n
• Protecting the client's privacy, dignity, and independence
n

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, attentive, compassionate, and comfortable working independently overnight.

Requirements include:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
n
• Must be at least 18 years old
n
• Reliable transportation
n
• Valid driver's license
n
• Ability to pass a background check
n
• Authorized to work in the United States
n
• Dependable attendance and professional communication
n
• Ability to remain alert and responsive throughout the overnight shift
n

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, PCA, private-duty caregiver, or senior care professional is valuable for this position.

Experience with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice, assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, rehabilitation, or home care is also a plus.
