CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver – Up to $2,600+/Wk – 1099 Position

Pay & Perks

• Competitive Pay: $0.65 per mile for BOTH loaded and empty miles.
• High Mileage & Earnings: Average 3,500 – 4,000 miles per week ($2,275 – $2,600+ gross weekly income).

Home Time & Truck Flexibility

• Flexible Home Time: Home every 8–10 days (or run longer if you want to maximize earnings).
• Live Anywhere in the U.S.: Pick up your truck at our main Hub in Houston, TX , but take your truck home between runs.
• Paid Parking: Don't have a spot at home? We will pay for a secure lot in your home city to park the truck safely during your home time.
• Maintenance Policy: Need to return to our Houston Hub once a month for routine preventative maintenance and equipment checkups.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute safe, long-haul cross-country driving on dedicated produce lanes.
• Monitor reefer unit settings and temperature logs to maintain cargo integrity.
• Conduct thorough daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections to keep equipment in top shape.
• Maintain accurate electronic driving logs (ELD) and delivery documentation.
• Treat the truck and trailer better than your own vehicle — keeping it clean, secure, and well-maintained.

Driver Qualifications

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A OTR long-haul driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Driving Record: Clean MVR and safety record with no major violations.
• Equipment Care: Proven history of taking pride in equipment and practicing defensive driving.
• Reefer Experience: Experience hauling refrigerated freight/produce is plus.
• Medical: Valid DOT Medical Card.
