Oven Operator 2nd Shift Dessert Factory Training & Growth

Dessert Holdings is seeking an Oven Operator for our Aurora facility on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–3:00 AM). The role supports production through oven start-ups, quality checks, and process improvements. You will work within GMP guidelines and with QA to maintain product quality.

We look for 6 months to 1 year in food manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform basic math. Shift flexibility and teamwork are essential for success.
