Outside Sales Representative

About the Position:

Fit Recruiting is seeking a driven, dependable Outside Sales Representative to generate business throughout Mobile and the surrounding areas.

In this active, field-based role, you will visit construction sites, contractor offices, industrial facilities, and local businesses to identify new business prospects. You will build your customer base through daily prospecting, face-to-face conversations, and consistent follow-up.

The ideal candidate is comfortable walking into a business, introducing themselves, asking questions, and building relationships with new contacts. You should be persistent, organized, and motivated to turn opportunities into business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
• Service existing clients
• Effectively demonstrate product line
• Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

Compensation and Commission:

• Base salary: $32,000 annually.
• Fuel: Weekly fuel card for work-related travel.
• Commission: 10% of the monthly rent from each rental you personally bring in.
