Outside Sales Representative

Culligan has been a leading name in water quality for decades. Culligan The Water Professionals, a local Culligan franchise, is hiring an Field Sales Executive to grow our business accounts across the Knoxville area.

You’ll sell bottle-free water coolers, filtration systems and reverse osmosis units. Your customers include schools, restaurants, hotels, senior living communities, daycares, retail stores, spas, and office buildings.

What you’ll earn

• $120,000 on-target earnings - uncapped commission
• Company Car
• Fuel Card
• Benefits eligible after 90 days (health, PTO, 401(k))
• Formal Culligan sales and product training, with a path to advancement

What the job looks like

• Face-to-face prospecting: visit 60+ businesses a day to book appointments
• About 70% field canvassing, 30% outbound calls and follow-up
• Run consultative needs assessments and close new accounts
• Build and manage your own pipeline in CRM

You’ll do well here if you

• Have 1–2+ years of B2B, route, or door-to-door sales experience
• Like being in the field more than sitting at a desk
• Are motivated by commission and comfortable with a variable paycheck
• Stay organized and follow through without being chased
• Are comfortable with Microsoft Office and a CRM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
