ScaleHouse Talent is hiring a Sales Representative for a Kansas City window and door company that has been in business for 25 years. They specialize in full-frame window and door installs with detailed interior trim, and they cover the Kansas City metro, on both the Missouri and Kansas sides.

This Sales Representative sells installed windows and doors to homeowners and sells product wholesale to builders and contractors.

What You Get

• W2 Base + Commission role
• OTE $100,000 - $150,000
• Marketing leads to work between builder calls
• Builder accounts the owner is ready to hand off

What You'll Do

• Sell installed windows and doors to homeowners
• Meet new builders and contractors and quote their jobs
• Place product orders on wholesale accounts
• Grow the builder book beyond the accounts already in house
• Work marketing leads when not out meeting builders

What You'll Need

• I n-home sales experience is required
• Window experience is preferred
• Cover homeowner sales and builder wholesale, not one channel only
• Able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
