Outside Sales Representative – Commercial HVAC

Florida | $140,000 – $175,000 + Vehicle Allowance + Extensive Benefits

We are working with a leading international manufacturer of commercial HVAC products that is expanding its sales team across Florida.

They are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong commercial HVAC background to develop relationships, win new business and grow sales across the state.

The Role

You will manage the Florida territory, working with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, building owners and other key stakeholders .

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and grow sales across Florida
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors and end users
• Promote and sell commercial HVAC products
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits and product presentations
• Work with consulting engineers to influence product specifications
• Develop proposals and manage opportunities through to close
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
• Attend industry events, trade shows and customer meetings
• Work closely with internal engineering and sales teams

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven outside sales experience within commercial HVAC
• Strong understanding of HVAC products and applications
• Established relationships within the Florida commercial HVAC market
• Experience selling through contractors, engineers, distributors or manufacturers' representatives
• Strong technical and consultative sales skills
• Proven track record of winning new business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Happy to travel regularly across Florida
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a large territory independently
• Spanish speaking would be advantageous
