Sales Focus Inc. is hiring motivated full-time Outside Sales Representatives to represent Cross and help homeowners upgrade to faster, more reliable internet service.
This is a full-time, face-to-face, residential D2D outside sales position offering base pay AND uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities
* Prospect residential neighborhoods where fiber service is available
* Engage homeowners and educate them on fiber internet benefits
* Generate new customer enrollments through face-to-face interaction
* Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
* Track activity and sales using company tools
* Represent a nationally recognized internet provider
Qualifications
* Sales experience preferred but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
* Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
* Expected first-year earnings: $55k - $90k+
* 10 Paid Holidays

Work Schedule
* Full-time
* Tuesday - Saturday (One weekend day required)
* Typical schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
