What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative / Estimator, you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from the initial consultation through project completion.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting with homeowners to evaluate roofing and exterior remodeling needs
• Performing property inspections and gathering project measurements
• Preparing accurate estimates and presenting customized solutions
• Following a proven sales process to close profitable projects
• Managing customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborating with installation, operations, and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales documentation
• Tracking your performance and continuously improving your results

What We're Looking For

• Motivated by performance and financial success
• Excellent communicators with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
• Physically able to perform roof inspections, climb ladders, and access attics
• Experienced in sales, estimating, roofing, construction, home improvement, or a related industry (preferred)
• Organized, accountable, and committed to delivering exceptional service

Compensation

• Base Salary: Approximately $55,000
• Commission on every project sold
• Monthly performance bonuses

Expected Earnings

• Year 1: Approximately $100,000 OTE
• Year 2: Approximately $150,000 OTE
• Year 3: $200,000+ for top performers

Location

This is a hybrid position based in Fairfax, Virginia. Candidates should live within approximately 35 minutes of Fairfax to effectively serve customers throughout Northern Virginia.
