HVAC BAS Outside Sales EngineerWe are seeking an experienced HVAC BAS Outside Sales Engineer to drive sales of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC Controls solutions throughout South Carolina. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with consultative sales skills to develop customer relationships, identify project opportunities, and deliver customized HVAC controls and building automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage new and existing customer relationships.Identify and pursue new BAS and HVAC Controls sales opportunities.Prepare technical proposals, estimates, and system solutions.Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.Conduct site visits, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.Provide technical expertise on HVAC systems, building automation, and control systems.Manage the sales process from prospecting through project closeout.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.3+ years of experience in BAS Sales or BAS Engineering preferred.Hands-on experience with HVAC Controls/Building Automation Systems (BMS/BAS) is required.Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and automation technologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Valid driver's license.Must be willing to relocate to South Carolina (relocation assistance provided).Benefits401(k)Health, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Time OffCompany CarCell Phone ReimbursementWork From HomeRelocation Assistance
