* Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential contractors.
* Generate new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
* Partner with branch leadership to execute sales strategies and support overall branch growth.
* Identify customer needs and provide product solutions that create long-term value.
* Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
* Negotiate pricing and contracts while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.
* Represent the company professionally while building trust and long-term customer partnerships.
Qualifications
* Outside sales experience, preferably within the building materials, construction, or related industry.
* Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
