All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of all customers. This role supports daily golf operations by ensuring facilities, equipment, and guest areas are organized, clean, and prepared to deliver a seamless guest experience.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests onto the property while providing world-class serviceShuttle golfers, bags, and caddies to and from the first teeGreet golfers returning from the course, clean golf clubs, and assist with transporting and loading into vehiclesAlways maintain clean and organized workspaces and storage areasAssist in the operation of tournaments, outings, and eventsProvide excellent customer services, professional advice and assistance to all guestsEnsure all Wild Spring Dunes policies and procedures are being followedPerform other duties as requested by the Head Golf ProfessionalQualifications:High school diploma requiredCompleted or enrolled in a 2- or 4-year degree program in Professional Golf Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferredOne year of customer service experience in the golf or hospitality industry is preferredDemonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties with minimal supervisionCan work flexible hours as required including nights/weekendsPositive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situationsPerks and Benefits for Full Time Employees:Golf privileges on property (as available)Retail discountsOpportunity to grow your career in a fast-developing golf resortWe're building something special.
